I’ve spent more than 15 years supporting people, communities and organisations to navigate complexity, improve wellbeing and create meaningful change.
Professionally, my journey has taken me from support worker to senior leadership roles, social prescribing, training, consultancy and lived-experience leadership.

Personally, I’ve navigated my own experiences of neurodivergence, chronic illness, disability, mental health challenges and burnout.
Those experiences have shaped the way I work today.
I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by systems that weren’t designed with you in mind. I know what it’s like to spend years trying to fit into boxes that never quite felt right.

That’s why Holistic Alchemy exists.
Not to fix people.
Not to tell people who they should be.

But to create space for greater understanding, self-trust and sustainable growth.
Whether I’m working with an individual, a purpose-led business owner or an organisation, my goal is the same:

To help turn confusion into clarity, overwhelm into action and potential into meaningful change.

My Approach

Neurodivergent-Affirming

I recognise that brains work differently and that difference is not the same as a deficit.

Trauma-Informed

Behaviour always has a context. Understanding people starts with curiosity rather than judgement.

Person-Centred

There is no one-size-fits-all solution. The expert on your life is you.

Holistic

Our well-being is shaped by many interconnected factors, including our bodies, minds, relationships, environments and experiences.

My Values

Compassion

Leading with understanding rather than shame.

Curiosity

Asking better questions before jumping to conclusions.

Courage

Creating change even when it feels uncomfortable.

Creativity

Finding flexible and accessible ways forward.

Clarity

Making sense of complexity and focusing on what matters most.
